Do I need to be in Costa Rica?
No. Most owners we help live in the US, Canada, or Europe. Response time and green-season pricing are hard to run from another time zone — that is usually when a co-host pays for itself.
What if my listing is not in your supply yet?

Co-host vs full property management?
